A bug discovered in Domino 7.0.3 caused Multiple services are installed when Domino is upgraded to version 7.0.3 has now been fixed with a hotfix released by IBM/Lotus.

Please be sure to donwload it and follow the instructions on Technote 4017504 – Fixed installer for Lotus Domino version 7.0.3 (LotusDomino703ServiceHF.exe).
