Horário de Verão: Como ele impacta seu ambiente Notes/Domino

A IBM/Lotus terá nesta quinta-feira -dia 18 -, um conference call sobre o impacto do horário de versão (que aqui no Brasil começa neste fim de semana, às 00:00 de domingo). Este call é mais um da série “Open Mic Calls”, onde você poderá submeter perguntas antes do call no fórum de discussão do Notes/Domino 8:


IBM is hosting an Open Mic conference call with Lotus Development and Support Engineers on Thursday, October 18, 2007, to answer your questions on the upcoming Daylight Saving Time (DST) change and its impact on Notes/Domino.

This call will take place in two sessions, at 10:00 AM EDT and again at 9:00 PM EDT, to facilitate participation from customers worldwide. The call will last 60 minutes. Please dial into the call 5 minutes before the scheduled start. Conference call details are below.

You can post questions in advance by submitting a response to this document in the Notes/Domino 8 forum.

DST 2007: Updated Rooms and Resources Hotfix for Busytime information

If you use the Rooms and Resources feature of Notes and Domino at your company, be sure to view the updated Technote 12564 – Using the Rooms and Resources hotfix agent to correct busytime information due to 2007 Daylight Saving Time (DST) change:

Revision 1.1

Corrects an issue with 24-hour resources that no longer show as available in busytime after being processed by version 1.0 of the hotfix agent. NOTE: It is important that customers who have run the 1.0 version of this agent run version 1.1 in report mode to determine if they are impacted by this issue. Running this agent again in corrective mode will resolve any issues with 24-hour resources seen with the previous version of the agent.

DST 2007: New Resources Reservations Agents for DST released

For those of you in North America, please make note that IBM/Lotus has released a new update (4.0.3) to the Agents for updating Calendaring and Scheduling entries and Resource Reservation entries for Daylight Saving Time (DST) 2007.

Make sure you plan accordingly and follow the deployment guide layed out by IBM/Lotus on how to update your environment.
